Executive Assistant
1. Provide timely support to President and/or other Executive Management for: travel plans, processing expense reports, approving expense reports, full calendar management, and meeting scheduling & coordination.
2. Manage communication between Japan and America’s Management through companywide meetings including translation and follow-up. 3. Translation during multiple Executive meetings and documents. 4. Create well written speeches for President and/or other Executive Management.

5. Plan, coordinate, orchestrate events and meetings including Executive events. |
6. Gather data and submit to Consulate to obtain VISAs; train other team members for requirements and process. |
7. Provide computer & technical support and assist with problem solving (executives and team members), as needed |
8. Process and approve invoices for BOD, interact with A&F for budget preparation and reporting, prepare and maintain monthly reports for management. |
9. Conduct Administrative meetings and trainings, understand issues, report matters of concern to management, make recommendations and maintain contact for on-going support. |
10. Provide personal assistance to President and/or Executive Management, when needed. (Ex. maintain company vehicle and coordinate repairs for personal residences.) |
- Greater than two (2) years of relevant experience required.
- Prior experience working as an administrative assistant for executive level management.
- Bilingual in English and Japanese..
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.

- Solid working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and other computer-based applications (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Lotus Notes/Outlook, Internet, etc.).
